The food truck family

Our family story

Triple B’s began with two things close to Tim Bushey’s heart: his love of food and his love for his family. Founded by Tim and his wife, Stacey Bushey, the business takes its name from three special people—his sons, Brandan and Bryan, and his stepdaughter, Alexis Breault. Together, their names inspired Triple B’s. Today, that family connection is at the heart of our food truck. From serving barbecue, burgers, and hot dogs across Maine to being part of your special events, we’re proud to share our love of good food with you.

How the truck started

Triple B’s began when Tim took a chance on his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. He found a food truck in Louisiana and traveled south to purchase it, bringing home the start of a new adventure. His first day serving customers was outside Frost and Flames, the store where he works and manages. From that first day, the business took off, fueled by his love of food and the support of our community. We’re grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey and excited to keep serving you for years to come!

Community involvement

During the summer, you can find the Triple B’s family at Fraser Field, watching games and cheering on the local softball league. Supporting our community is close to our hearts, and we love spending summer evenings enjoying the games, serving great food and connecting with our neighbors.

Our food philosophy

Good ingredients, great smoke, and quality meats—prepared with heart and soul. At Triple B’s, we believe great food brings people together, and we put care into every bite we serve.

Our Maine roots

Tim and Stacey Bushey are lifelong Mainers who proudly call Buxton home. Tim graduated from Bonny Eagle High School, and Stacey graduated from Deering High School. With deep roots in Maine, they’re proud to bring their love of food, family, and community to every stop Triple B’s makes.
